• To generate and continuously adapt your personalized triathlon training plan.
• To compare your planned training against completed workouts and adjust future sessions.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

3. Garmin Connect Data

We access Garmin Connect data only after you explicitly authorize the connection, and only to provide the training features of the Service. You can disconnect your Garmin account at any time, which stops any further data access. We do not use Garmin data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
